Universal Factory Direct, LLC was estabilished in 1998 in beautiful Portsmouth NH. We are a family owned business and have stayed that way for 14 years. We don't work out of fancy retail spaces, and we don't have 10 salespeople on the floor. We don't spend a lot of money on TV and radio advertising that drive the cost of the product through the roof. We keep it simple with a 25,000 sq. ft. building, 3 sales people, 2 kitchen designers and 3 delivery guys. One of the attractive features at Universal is the availability of our inventory. When you order your products, we have it in stock! Most retailers are 10% inventory and 90% showroom, but we are 10% showroom and 90% inventory! We keep over $500,000 worth of inventory on hand so when you show up to Universal; if you're ready to purchase we're ready to deliver!

Buying by the truckload and keeping our warehouse full means HUGE savings to you sometimes up to 50-70% less than the other guy. We've  been told a thousand times " we didn't know what to expect when we came here but we have to admit we're pleasantly surprised by the quality and price of your products!" At Universal you will not pay $1,000 for a mattress set you will pay only $299 for a 13" thick pillow top queen mattress and box spring! You won't pay $8,ooo for a hot tub either; our 5 person loaded with jets and a cover is only $3600! Customers come in all the time with kitchen cabinet quotes of $8,ooo-$15,ooo dollars! Well that's our story in a nutshell, we started out of 3 storage lockers back in 1998, my office was the front seat of my truck and today we all have our own offices and a 25,000 sq. ft building that we own. We have delivered as far south as Maryland and as far north as the Canadian border.
